Why mental health matters and how to crack the code (Coaching)
It’s been a challenging 18 months since the COVID-19 pandemic hit the world and prioritising our mental health has never been more important.
In this session you will hear from Registered Psychologist, Maddie Clise from RAA’s Organisational Capability team. Maddie will provide practical tools to support and prioritise your own mental health and wellbeing now and as you move into the workplace. She will discuss how you can thrive in the “new-normal” hybrid world, and enhance your wellbeing, despite the challenges of ongoing uncertainty and remote work.
Maddie will also share the work RAA are doing to support the long-term health and wellbeing of their 1000+ employees, creating and maintaining a mentally healthy workplace.

Demystifying Psychometric testing (Masterclass)
Psychometric assessments can be a difficult step in the recruitment process. During this 1-hour session you’ll hear from Kaushini, a psychologist who’ll explain what psychometric assessments are, and the different types you might be asked to complete when applying for jobs.
Kaushini will also provide examples of assessment items, offer some handy tips on preparing for and completing assessments, and give you a behind-the-scenes look at how companies use them to determine successful candidates.
